This includes information collected when a user access or use the MOMENTO’s mobile application to view, manage, or conduct transactions on the MOMENTO Account (“MOMENTO Spending Account”) or the MOMENTO Debit Mastercard® (“MOMENTO Card”), both of which are made available by Evolve Bank & Trust (“Evolve”) on behalf of MOMENTO.
However, it does not apply to the MOMENTO Spending Account or MOMENTO Card themselves. Please refer to the Synapse’s Consumer Interest Checking Account Agreement and Evolve´s Privacy Policy at https://www.getevolved.com/privacy-policy/ for information concerning those products and your privacy rights with respect to those products.
The terms “MOMENTO,” “we,” “us,” or “our” mean MOMENTO Technologies Inc.
“You” or “your” means an individual who visits or uses MOMENTO’s Services.

(1) All websites, all devices and/or mobile applications operated by MOMENTO that collect personal information from you and that link to this Privacy Policy.
(2) All pages within each such website, device, and/or mobile application, any equivalent, mirror, replacement, substitute, or backup website, device, or mobile application.
MOMENTO collects personal information about you for a variety of purposes. Some of the information collected from individual includes the following:
Personal Identifiers, such as a full name, postal address, email address, online usernames and passwords for third-party sites and internet services, social security number, driver’s license number, or other similar identifiers.

We may collect account information from you when you open a MOMENTO Spending Account and obtain a MOMENTO Card through our mobile application, and also usernames, passwords, account numbers and other account information may be collected for third-party websites and Internet Spending services (“Third-Party Sites”) when you use our Services.
The above information is used to obtain your account, transaction, and other banking information from the relevant financial institution on your behalf in order to display the information to you or to fulfill your requests for certain products, services, or transactions.
To obtain your banking information, we use third-party service providers, such as Plaid Inc. (“Plaid”), Underdog Technologies, Inc. dba Pinwheel (“Pinwheel”) and Synapse Financial Technologies, Inc. (“Synapse”).
By using our Services, you grant MOMENTO, Plaid, Pinwheel and Synapse the right, power, and authority to act on your behalf to access and transmit this information from the relevant financial institution, including from Evolve for the MOMENTO Spending Account and MOMENTO Card. With respect to Plaid, you agree to your personal and financial information being transferred, stored, and processed by Plaid in accordance with Plaid's privacy policy . With respect to Pinwheel, you agree to your personal and financial information being transferred, stored, and processed by Pinwheel in accordance with Pinwheel's privacy policy . With respect to Synapse, you agree to your personal and financial information being transferred, stored, and processed by Synapse in accordance with Synapse's privacy policy .
We use various technologies to collect information, this may include sending cookies to your computer or mobile device.
Cookies are text files with small pieces of data that are stored on your hard drive or in a device memory by a website and are used to identify your computer as you use a computer network.

That is why we have in place an information security program that includes administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect your information. Two-factor authentication for access to your account only by the device you register with.
Industry standard encryption for transmitting and storing information.
Mobile application session timeouts to protect your information if you forget to log out.
No access from employees, contractors, or Third-Party Site to your MOMENTO password or PIN. This information is only known by you, so we will never ask for your password or PIN through our customer service teams.
Contingency plans in place and periodical security audits to our systems.
We use email, SMS and mobile notifications to provide information and services regarding to your accounts.
We may send emails to promote MOMENTO or third-party services/goods in a timely basis, according to our needs.
We can also email newsletters to users who subscribe to them and allow to users to terminate their subscriptions by following instructions on the received emails. It is important to note that when a user unsubscribe from a newsletter, this doesn’t end the transmission of emails to provide information and services regarding to your accounts.
If you need to update or correct personal information that you have submitted, you can do so through our mobile app. You can also send an email including your contact information to support@momentoglobal.com to request corrections to your information.
You may also use the above ways to deactivate your Services, but even after you deactivate them, we have the obligation and may retain archived copies of your information for a period of time that is consistent with applicable law.
The California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) allows California residents, upon a verifiable consumer request and subject to applicable exemptions, to request that we give you access, in a portable and (if technically feasible) readily usable form, to the specific pieces and categories of personal information that we have collected about you, the categories of sources for that information, the business or commercial purposes for collecting the information, and the categories of third parties with which the information was shared. California residents also have the right to submit a request for deletion of information under certain circumstances. MOMENTO will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights, such as by denying you services, charging you different prices for services, or providing you a different level or quality of services. Please note that you must verify your identity and request before further action will be taken. As part of this process, we may require you to provide government identification. Consistent with California law, you may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. In order to designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf, you must provide a valid power of attorney, the requester’s valid government issued identification, and the authorized agent’s valid government issued identification.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do, however, share personal information with third parties for the business purposes described in this Policy.
California law also permits our customers who are California residents to request and obtain from us once a year, free of charge, information about the personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes in the preceding calendar year.
